International Collaboration / Experience

Dresden Design Hub “Collaborative Ecosystems”
Initiating, organizing and co-guiding an interdisciplinary workshop named „Dresden Design Hub“ together with Parsons New School for Design, New York as well as TU Dresden (Chair of Media Design, Junior Professorship for Industrial Design Engineering, Center for Knowledge Architecture).

“Collaborative Ecosystems” was a two-week workshop at TU Dresden that investigated academic collaboration and the impact of technology on research, exchange, and learning.

Through a set of focused workshops, skill sharing seminars, hack-a-thons, and exercises exploring systems of collaboration and technology, the following question was investigated: what does the global, collaborative classroom look like? The outcome was a series of applications and interfaces designed by cross-disciplinary teams that facilitate academic collaboration in research and scholarship-based activities for universities and organizations, as well as concepts for communicating academic research results to the public.

User Experience Next Generation
